How can we help?

Everything about deposits, timing, fees, privacy and safe use — grouped by topic. Jump to a category or browse them all.

Getting started

No. There is no sign-up, no app and no email required. You generate a single-use deposit address, send your coins and provide a withdrawal address. That is the whole flow.
USDT, USDC, DAI, PYUSD and TUSD, across Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20) and Base. Each coin page lists the exact routes and fees.
Around $50 equivalent. Smaller amounts can struggle to blend into the pool, which weakens decorrelation.

Transfers & timing

Typically 5–40 minutes, depending on the delay you choose and network confirmations. A longer delay produces stronger decorrelation.
Yes. Splitting a withdrawal across several fresh addresses further reduces the chance of correlation by amount.
A variable service fee (roughly 0.7%–3%) plus the underlying network fee. The variable component helps prevent amount-based correlation.

Privacy & logs

No transfer logs are retained after a transfer completes, and deposit addresses are single-use. Remember that the public blockchains themselves permanently record every transaction — mixing breaks the link, it does not erase the ledger.
No. It breaks the direct link between your old and new addresses, but no service can guarantee untraceability. Timing and amount analysis can still produce probabilistic guesses.
If privacy matters more than speed, yes. A longer delay mixes your deposit with a wider window of unrelated deposits, which strengthens decorrelation.

Safety & law

Yes. Tether and Circle can freeze addresses that appear on sanctions or fraud lists. A mixer cannot override an issuer freeze and we make no such claim.
Seeking privacy is legal in most jurisdictions, but using any tool to launder proceeds of crime or evade sanctions is not. Laws vary and change — confirm the rules where you live.
